All rates quoted are per night plus 19% tax, optional meal plans are subject to a 16% tax.
- There are no resort fees at Hacienda de los Santos. No hidden charges such as for purified water, internet services, local transportation to and from the Alamos Airport, use of the Hacienda Theater, bicycles (non-electric) and many other services.
- Accommodations are available with One King Bed or Two Queen Beds.
- Room rates in U.S. Dollars for single/double occupancy and includes continental breakfast is included in the room rate. It will include: muffin, cinnamon roll or toast with mango marmalade, and a choice of fresh-squeezed orange juice or fresh fruit and coffee.
- **A complete breakfast menu is available with an additional cost.**
- An American Meal Plan is available at only $75.00 USD per day, per person, all menu options for lunch in the Café Agave and all menu options in ‘Zapata’s’ restaurant. The meal plan also includes an upgrade from the Continental Breakfast to a ‘Full Menu All Selection Breakfast’ in the Cafe Agave.

- All of our rooms and portals are non-smoking. Smoking only in the Agave field areas.
- Pets are only permitted in the ‘Spa’ guest rooms and the fee is $35.00 (USD) per day
- We regret our rooms are not suitable for children under 12 years of age

Hacienda de los Santos Cancellation Policies:
- All regular reservations require a one room night deposit no later than 30 days prior to the reservation date. Any cancellation 14 days, or more, of the reservation date will result in a 100% refund to the Guest. Any cancellation 14-7 days prior to the reservation date will result in a 50% refund of one night deposit. Any cancellation less than 7 days prior to the reservation date will result in the forfeit of the one room night deposit.All Wedding and Special Events & Festivals, require a one room night deposit no later than one month prior to the reservation date. Any cancellations 14, or more days, prior to the reservation date will result in a 100% refund to the Guest. Any cancellation less than 14 days will result in the forfeit of the one room night deposit amount.
- For groups with 10 or more rooms booked, cancellations must be made 30 days in advance otherwise you will be charged a percentage of up to 50% of the total amount of the rooms.
- For cancellations of Events (Weddings, Conventions, Etc.), cancellations must be made within 3 months in advance, if not canceled within that period, you will be charged a percentage of the total amount of the event (This may vary from 20% up to 50% depending on the time it takes and the special requests that were requested from the hotel that caused extra expenses to the company).
