Guests may choose to dine in their spacious rooms by the fireplace, or at one of the many intimate locations over-looking one of the three sparkling tiled pools and colorful Mexican gardens. There is casual dining in the Cantina and in the portales. You may also choose to dine in the more formal beautifully appointed colonial dining rooms.

The evening menu changes daily with always three options for the entree. Many of the fresh vegetables and fruit come from the Hacienda's Ranch where they are organically grown. Feel free to discuss with the Chef any personal dietary needs or preferences. The Cuisine of the Hacienda is New American and Sonoran.
