Presidential Villa
The Presidential Villa features King sized bed with 600 thread count luxury linens with separate living room and private indoor garden area. Two en-suite bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi tub decorated with colonial style tile. Four fireplaces, four direct dial telephones,large flat screen TV with DVD/VCR. Private front porch with view of the pool. Two safes, individual climate control, original art and antiques. A Moorish arch and stone columns divide the living and bedroom areas in this 1,300 square foot Villa.

Governor Suite
This private suite is accessible by private elevator or stone staircase. The windows look directly into a huge Banyan type tree (Nacapul) and is a favorite feeding area for parrots, and other birds, when the figs are ripe. There is a private patio, with dining for up to four persons, also a swing for two for looking at the gardens and stars on a romantic night. In the bedroom area the high, King Size bed, has a small ladder to ascend. Ensuite dining, Spanish Colonial antiques and art abound in this suite. There is a large Jacuzzi tub, walk in marble shower (Tikal marble), make-up table and two lavatories. There is a flat screen T.V. with DVD system, wine refrigerator, safe, walk-in closet and dining area, both indoors and on the private patio.
