After a 15-year renovation, a collection
of three Spanish Colonial Mansions including the town's sugar mill
are impressively connected with stone walkways, brick passageways,
tunnels and footbridges set amidst six lushly landscaped acres.
A vast array of original artwork, antiques, Spanish Colonial art
including santos, retablos and ex-votos meticulously grace the estates
and add to the magical ambience. Thus, the name was created - Hacienda
de los Santos (House of the Saints). Today, 25 guestrooms, suites,
villas, La Dulce Vida Spa, dining rooms, cantina, four pools, fitness
center, business center, and more are offered at the resort.
"Summer Season Bargains"
May 1 to October (click here)"
During this time of economic change in the world we are looking for ways to still provide Hacienda de los Santos guests a high quality experience, yet at a lesser price. During our "Summer Season", although it is arguably the most beautiful time of year in the Sierra Madre,
it is not our "High" season. All of the Hacienda will be open with the exception of the normal dining/entertainment area and Galeria. Summer dining will be in the original Hacienda Spanish Colonial dining room near the entrance of the resort. All pools, putting greens and spa will be open for our guests with a daily Continental Breakfast included in the low, low rates.
There will be an optional full Breakfast menu at normal prices, along with a lighter fare luncheon and dinner menu. The Hacienda kitchen will be closed on Sundays and Mondays during the summer season only, however the Continental breakfast will be available seven days a week.

This past summer, the town of Alamos became one of 21 "Magical
Pueblos," a list that includes places like Tequila
in Jalisco state and San Miguel de Allende.
"...An enclave of Spanish Colonial architecture set
in a lush landscape of pools, fountains, Moorish gateways
and wildly decadent foliage... The pristine beauty of this
isolated town in the Sierra Madre Occidental - feels almost
surreal. Alamos shimmers in bas-relief like a luminous jewel
set into foothills of green chenille
